We intentionally skipped the hard parts to get a working model fast. We did not add safety guardrails. We ignored access controls. We have no systematic evaluation pipeline, and we lack resilience engineering.
Prototypes should be fast. Nothing we built needs to be thrown away. We will now harden this architecture across five critical dimensions: intelligence, observability, governance, security, and the human interface.
