Welcome to the Vulnarex secure learning and software platform. These terms set out the rules that govern your use of the platform and the services offered through it, including web development, security training, and academic study support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to distribute malware, launch denial-of-service attacks, or forge university documents unlawfully.

Project Intellectual Property

Once the agreed development fee is paid for graduation or software projects, full intellectual-property rights and source-code licences transfer to the client automatically.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Vulnarex platform or requesting any of our academic, software, or security services, you confirm that you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and the policies in force, without modification.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform, or use it under approved academic supervision.

You agree to use the training labs only for legitimate educational purposes and lawfully authorised testing.

2. Web Development & Software Scope

We provide end-to-end services for designing and building web platforms, custom software, and AI systems.

Project requirements, architecture, design, budget, and delivery schedule are agreed through the request ticket and the lead developer.

We write high-performance code with integrated security guidance and review, targeting freedom from known vulnerabilities.

The client agrees to provide the required data and documentation on time so the project can be delivered.

3. Research Support & Methodology

We provide research and methodology guidance that helps students and researchers produce their own original work.

We advise on methodology selection, study design, statistical analysis, and draft review.

We do not write, submit, or represent work on a learner's behalf, and we do not guarantee publication.

Users are responsible for complying with their institution's research-ethics and academic-integrity policies.

4. Study Support & Academic Integrity

We provide explanations, tutoring, and revision support to help learners understand their own coursework.

Our study materials are for learning and self-assessment; they are not intended to be submitted as a learner's own graded work.

We do not offer or facilitate cheating, contract cheating, or sitting assessments on a learner's behalf.

All explanations are backed by technical reasoning and reliable, step-by-step methodology.

5. Cybersecurity Labs & Ethical Exploitation

The Vulnarex platform includes simulated offensive and defensive tools.

Using any of these tools or software against external servers, sites, or networks without explicit written permission is strictly prohibited.

Vulnarex disclaims all legal responsibility for any hostile behaviour or malicious intrusion carried out by a subscriber outside the licensed sandbox.

Payment & Cancellation

Development fees, academic consultancy, and exam-solution services are agreed individually per request. Work begins once the agreed deposit is received; refunds are not available after research or development phases have begun, because partner effort is already committed.
